For Acronis True Image 2021 Build 33610 installed on macOS 11 Big Sur, disk cloning is not available for disks with macOS 11 Big Sur and macOS 10.15 Catalina.

We want to make sure that we deliver a product where all functions work flawlessly. To meet this target, Acronis put increased effort into polishing the cloning function. Additional development time was required due to extensive changes in macOS 11 Big Sur architecture.

This article describes how to get asamba verbose logs of Acronis services in Linux and macOS

We occasionally receive requests from customers regarding the management of .DS_Store files. From time to time you may need to repair or optimize your MassTransit databases. You can do so easily by using the MySQL Administrator that came with your MySQL installer package.

Optimizing For Windows

  • Log in to the MySQL Administrator
  • Select Catalogs
  • Select the mtdatabase schema
  • Highlight the table(s) you wish to optimize

MassTransit 6.0 supports having a MassTransit Server use a remote machine on the local area network for its MySQL databases. This article describes how to install and set up MassTransit with MySQL databases on a remote computer.

For information on how to configure MassTransit 7 with remote MySQL databases, please refer to Installing MassTransit and MySQL In Non-Default Locations.

From within the MassTransit Administrator Administrator, the MassTransit Log appears to not contain any data.

In rare cases, the Log window in the MassTransit Administrator may appear to not contain any data. To repair the log function we recommend the following course of action:

Will work better in 8.0 (from A.Berezin)

Machine already has been backed up several times. To check the recovery points, you go to All devices, select the machine, and click Recovery.

You click Refresh (in the upper right corner of the list) to refresh the list of recovery points. In a minute, recovery points appear, but you notice that some or all of the recovery points are now missing from the list.

You might see this message:

There are no backups of the selected devices in the known locations.

Acronis occasionally needs information about your MassTransit dongle in order to perform upgrades or sidegrades.

An application called "DisplayDongleInfo" is used to collect the information from the dongle and save it to a text file. We then ask you to send that text file to Acronis in order to complete your upgrade/sidegrade.

To Collect Dongle Information:

By default, mailboxes for all contacts are stored in a User Mailboxes folder located in the MassTransit installation folder. You can choose a new default location to store the User Mailboxes folder. In addition, you can choose a custom location for any individual contact. Mailboxes can be stored in any folder or disk drive available to MassTransit.
