Boxed versions of Acronis True Image 9.1 and Echo are sold with temporary serial numbers. These serial numbers turn the product to a trial version after 15 days of use

There is no serial number for a demo version of Acronis Disk Director 11 Home

Connect the Acronis Management Console to the Acronis Agent and change the license from trial to full

Time-limited serial numbers were provided instead of the full ones

The issue is caused by the corruption in Acronis License Server database

When you try to activate your trial version of True Image 2013 by Acronis, you get an error. You cannot activate a trial version. Please ignore this message.

Six months after the product release, we still want everyone to experience what complete cyber protection feels like. Starting March 11, 2021, however, the length of these trials will be reduced from 90 days to 30 days.

To convert your trial version to a full subscription:

If you have an account with an active Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Essentials, Advanced or Premium subscription, you simply need to log in under your account and the program will automatically switch from trial to full version if you have available seats in your subscription.

Symptoms

  1. You are trying to allocate licenses to Management Server (AMS) in Cloud console, but they are not getting allocated: nothing happens, no error message is displayed,
  2. The target AMS contains expired licenses: Trial quotas or subscriptions.

Description

You can try all Acronis products in trial/demo mode before making a purchase. You can access the trial version on Acronis website: press Try now button on the page with the Acronis product that you want to try.

The following Acronis products do not require a trial serial number, you can simply choose trial mode after installation:

Acronis Customer Central provides support for trial versions via email/chat during the trial period (see Trial Version Limitations of Acronis Products).

Symptoms

  • You created a tenant in Trial mode
  • After a month passed and the trial has ended, tenant doesn’t switch to Production automatically

Cause

Issue in the product.

The issue will be fixed in C22.06 Hotfix.
