The user account, under which Acronis Managed Machine Service is running, has no Back up files and directories and Restore files and directories privileges
Manually recreate Acronis Storage Node tasks to fix the issue
By analyzing schedreport.txt you can find out name and SID of the user who scheduled and ran the task, as well as the name and time and date of when the task was executed.

It is recommended to use administrator credentials (user is better to have at least Backup Operators or Administrators membership) when you create a backup plan.
When you create a backup plan, the product by default sets the access credentials of the user under which you are currently logged in on the current machine or connect to a remote machine with Acronis Agent.
To set the credentials explicitly, you will need to click Show plan's credentials under Plan parameters:
This means that the backup task creation has failed due to an external factor. In the log, look for the lines preceding the error message to find out the cause
Delete the redundant task script using Schedmgr
Make sure you have the latest Virtual Appliance hardware and that you have no more than two disks
Do not run Acronis Managed Machine Service under Local System account: this account does not have permissions for network access

Starting a task while backup script for this task is not created or missing, the task will fail with "Error While Opening Script File"
You cannot run two tasks at the same time. As a workaround, restart the product to see the task progress.
Depending on the product you have, select a section:
Create two separate tasks if you are planning to back up local and network folders
Ignore the message or make sure the backup task script file is not locked
