Cloned machines have the same ID. Change the instance ID in Windows Registry to fix the issue
To restore from an unmanaged vault, browse to the network share or local folder where the archive is. To restore from a centralized managed vault, click on Storage node, type in the IP Addres or computer name of the machine where Acronis Storage Node is
Restart the Acronis Storage Node Service to fix the issue

Remove Storage Node and re-add it
The most probable cause is that the specified address is incorrect or the machine is unavailable
You get the following error messages when attempting to use a backup location with deduplication as backup destination:
There is an error in the hash database
Database disk image is malformed
Deduplication database is corrupted, due to hardware issues with the storage or other reasons.

When you create a Configurable Options Group, in common case you don’t need to specify the Infrastructure Component ID for storage explicitly (e.g. 2ad49a42-3099-4711-a080-551089ffe3ac) as it is automatically fetched from the template during provisioning.
But there are several scenarios when this might be required:
You have registered an account and specified your backup storage (Partner-owned backup storage). You have registered a machine in that account and run a backup to the specified storage. Later, you have changed the storage in the account settings and removed the old storage.
