Description

Proxy with authentication is not supported in on-premises deployment of Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 and Acronis Cyber Protect 15.

If proxy is enabled in your environment, you may face errors when configuring backup to Cloud (errors 504, 403 etc) and when checking for updates. If you intend to use these features it is recommended to disable authentication or avoid using proxy entirely.
