Protection policy

Symptoms

Multiple "Failed to apply Active Protection policy" alerts appear on various devices at different time when there are no visible activities in console, e.g. no attempts to apply protection plans or other actions.

Cause

Issue in the product. 

This issue has been fixed in C20.08 release of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. To resolve the issue, update the agents to the latest build (23140 or higher).

Symptoms

You upgraded from Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 to Acronis Cyber Backup Advanced 12.5 and then to Acronis Cyber Protect 15.

When you try to create or edit a protection plan, the operation fails with the following error:

POR: cannot assign units of different types

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

The issue has been fixed in Build 25729. Please download and install the latest build.
