Backup that includes OneDrive folder fails with an error similar to one of the following:

Failed to enumerate directory 'C:/Users/myusername/OneDrive/'. It may be corrupted or does not exist

Failed to back up file or folder. C:/Users/myusername/OneDrive/' It may be blocked by another application

Error occurred while opening the file


C2C agent tries to apply a protection plan to O365 mailboxes, Sharepoint, etc.

Activity fails with:

A backup agent error: 'nothing is processed in protection applying'


Issue in the product: the same protection plan gets applied as a group plan and as single to resources in the group.


Starting from Acronis True Image 2019 Update 2 (Build 14610) you can back up OneDrive and mailboxes for Microsoft 365 Consumer accounts. Backups are saved to Acronis Cloud. You need Acronis True Image Advanced or Premium subscription to use this feature.
