Symptoms

  1. You have configured Microsoft 365 C2C backup or agentless backup for ESX(i) VMs
  2. Backups run correctly, with no apparent errors
  3. When you check the dashboard for the protected O365 mailboxes or for VMs (e.g. for the last 30 days), the widget shows 0 Total runs and 0 Number of successful runs 

Cause

Issue in the product.

Symptoms

Microsoft 365 mailbox has Not protected status although a group backup plan is applied.

Cause

Issue happens because currently C2C agent does not perform backup of O365 mailboxes that do not have a valid license.

Symptoms

While using the C2C Agent, you notice that one Backup took a lot of time to complete. When checking list of recovery points in Cyber Protection console, you notice a slice is the same size as Full Backup taken originally or close to it.

Cause

Acronis C2C Agent checks the amount of changes in each site before running a backup.

Symptoms

Indexing activities after Cloud-to-Cloud backups fail with "Catalog indexing '<C2C_item_name_ArchiveID>' - An internal error. Please contact the support team" error message.

Solution

The following solution can be applied by partner administrator:

1. Go to the Backup Storage tab 

2. Find the affected archive by the ID from the error message

3. Select the backup archive
