This has already been fixed. Please update to the latest build

Do the following to modify quotas and overage:

  1. In the management portal, navigate to Clients and select the tenant you want to change service quotas for (not applicable to a unit tenant).
  2. Click on tenant --> Edit
  3. Click on current quota setting of particular offering item


Attempt to edit a backup plan fails with the following error:

Failed to load the protection plan for editing. The protection plan cannot be loaded now. Try again later


Issue in the product.


This issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 9.0 Update 2 Hotfix 1.

As a workaround for earlier versions, create a new protection plan with necessary parameters. You can continue backing up to an existing archive with a new backup plan to avoid creating duplicated backup files:
