This is an issue with MAPI 6.5.8153.0
An attempt to connect to an Acronis Agent fails with "Active Directory is not available for the specified user. Cannot create MAPI profile. Probably, the user does not have a mailbox or Microsoft Exchange MAPI and CDO are probably out of date."
Install Microsoft Messaging API and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 to solve the issue
While browsing in backup tree or after mailbox backup an error occurs
Installation aborts for Agent for Exchange. To solve this issue, update the MAPI to the latest version.
Download and install the fix
Backup of databases or mailboxes or browsing of mailboxes fails with "MAPI IMsgstore has not been retrieved from IMAPIsession. HRESULT: -2147221219". To fix this issue, install the MS update rollup.
Register the MAPI PST service by using either the MFCMAPI tool (go to Profile -> Advanced profile -> Add services to MAPISVC.INF... and select PST) or Mergeini.exe
