How to log into the backup service
- You start Acronis True Image and log in to your Acronis account or perform an operation that requires logging in to account.
- You receive this error:

Check the e-mail and the password you have provided:
You need to have Order ID and a serial number to retrieve the registration E-mail
- Create a new test backup task
- Check if NAS can be accessed in Windows Explorer
- Try copying a file from Windows to the folder for backups on NAS
