  1. You start Acronis True Image and log in to your Acronis account or perform an operation that requires logging in to account.
  2. You receive this error:
    You have entered an incorrect e-mail or password. Please ensure that you type an e-mail and password for your Acronis account.


Check the e-mail and the password you have provided:


  • You are using the Unified agent of Acronis Cyber Files Cloud: build 15.0.29052 or higher
  • Agent gets logged out after restart of the agent machine. Synchronization doesn’t work, and Cyber protection monitor shows the button ‘Sign in’


Issue in the product.

The issue will be fixed in the nearest client update.

You start Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (formerly Acronis True Image) and provide credentials to your Acronis account.
