You are using Microsoft Windows 8 and have defined another web browser as default (not Microsoft Internet Explorer) and cannot open web links from program. To fix this issue, please download and install latest build.
Make sure the file is included in a sync with the Acronis Cloud and the synchronization has completed successfully before generating a public link for that file
Most probably the download link expired or was copied incorrectly. Download the product from your Acronis account.
This is a known issue with Google Chrome browsers on Android devices.
