In the list of backups, you see one or more archives that have not user-fiendly names.

If you attempt to browse this archive, e.g. check the recovery points, you receive an error message:

Failed to resolve the backup.
Failed to open the backup archive by the ID.

You are backing up to the cloud storage.

Backups start failing with the following error message:

The backup of any kind fails with the following error message:

You have created a new administrator in an existing group or you have created a new group and an administrator.

With this new administrator account, you try to log in from the management portal to the backup management console by clicking Manage service, but login fails.
