Internal server error

Symptoms

  1. You have Netskope client utility installed
  2. When you try to synchronize licenses in Management server with Acronis Account (Settings -> Licenses -> Sync) the operation fails with the following error:

    Acronis account xxx synchronization failed

Cause

Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 detects a self-signed certificate in certificate chain and cannot verify it.

Symptoms

  • You have backups in the Acronis Cloud storage
  • You are trying to delete or download data from Web Restore console: https://DC-cloud.acronis.com/wr/#/enterprise/dashboard 
  • Activity fails with “Internal server error. To resolve the error, contact support with the error details”:

Cause

Cloud quota has been exceeded or has expired.

Symptoms

  1. You have created a tenant with some cloud storage quota
  2. You have created some archive(s) on the cloud storage
  3. Changed the cloud storage quota to zero
  4. Tried deleting some archives from cloud storage but they can't be deleted
  5. The following error message appears:

 

Cause

Issue on the storage side.

The issue has been resolved.

    Symptoms

    1. You have Acronis Management Server Update 2 (b27009) installed on Windows 2016 which is in domain (Domain Controller is also Win2016);
