To fix this, deploy the ESX agent on the ESX server whose virtual machines you want to back up and recover
Reinstall SnapAPI drivers to fix the issue
Use Acronis Bootable Media to do a raw backup
Allow Acronis Managed Machine Service some time to initialize
You may get the error as a result of exceeded timeout for disk system initialization. Disk system initialization is executed during backup. To fix it, add a value StartTimeout in Windows registry.
