- You are attempting to mount a backup from Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 GUI;
- The attempt fails with the following error message:
Failed to execute the TrueImageMount command
'mount: you must specify the filesystem type'
To fix the issue, disable "Compatibility Mode" for all users
Download an ISO image from the Acronis website, burn it to a CD/DVD, and issue a special command to get the proper screen resolution

2. When you try to launch Acronis True Image, the program's window does not open. No error message is displayed.
