"Renew date" shows the date when an Acronis Agent has contacted Acronis License Server to check license assignment
Upgrade to Acronis Backup and Security 2011 or contact Acronis Customer Central
Your subscription has expired. Please extend your Acronis Online Backup subscription
Log into your account at Acronis website and check the "Maintenance" column.
