You created a backup that contains files/folders using non-UTF8 encoding in file names.

When browsing the recovery point the symbols in the name of folders are garbled and recovery is not possible. The backed-up folders do not contain the files. 


Only UTF-8 and ASCII encoding are supported in the current version of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud.

When you open details of Acronis Product in WHMCS Client Area you see random symbols in place of backup status.
