Either use a web browser different from Internet Explorer to access the Web Console to fix the issue, or troubleshoot the network issues/investigate the particualr SMTP server configuration


MassTransit Email Notifications can be configured to include the contact name, contact email address, date, time, and file transfer information such as number of files, length of transfer, and size of transfer. Tokens can be used in email subject lines and body text. These tokens are replaced with live text when the email is generated.


The tokens are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as listed below.


Multiple tokens are also supported:



  1. You used Acronis Cyber Backup 11.7 and specified email settings in Default backup options
  2. You upgraded from Acronis Cyber Backup 11.7 to Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 Build 9010
  3. After updating to newer builds of Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5(10130, 10330 etc), SMTP settings in System settings -> Email server are empty and need to be specified again.

Specify SMTP settings again after update.
