cannot start

Symptoms

When you attempt to launch Cyber Files Desktop Client for Mac, the tray icon appears and then disappears right away - the software crashes.

Cause

Issue in the product.

A fix is planned for C21.12 (ETA December 2021).

Solution

This issue has been fixed in C21.12, please update Cyber Files Client for Mac to the latest build. You will need to re-login after installation.

As a workaround without updating, delete the keychain entry and then log in again:
 

Symptoms

Acronis Active Protection service and Acronis Cyber Protection service (CPS) fail to start due to the Error 577.

Solution

Please install the recent Windows security update.
