Symptoms

The incremental С2С backup of SharePoint site finishes with warning:

Failed to process change event Item/Add.

You have created a backup plan of Office 365 data to be performed by a cloud agent (cloud-to-cloud backup).

You notice that backup is in the 'backing up' status for many hours.

You backed up a private channel in Microsoft Teams. Later, you deleted the channel and want to restore it from the backup.

Restore fails with this error:

A backup agent error: 'Channel Channel id=<id> was not restored

Files folder of Channel id=<id> is not ready. Recovering of Channel's messages impossible

Symptoms

After Acronis Cyber Cloud 20.07 release in July 2020, notifications about C2C backups don't contain group name in subject.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

This issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 20.08.

Cloud to cloud backup of Microsoft Team fails with an error like "Failed to load team apps: Error 403"

There is a SharePoint site on the "Active sites" page of Microsoft admin console but the site is not listed in the Site collections section of Acronis Cyber Protection Console.

You have Acronis cloud agent for Office 365 and create a backup plan. You cannot find where to specify backup start time or you notice that the backup is in queued state.
