Backup - Email Notifications Issue

Either use a web browser different from Internet Explorer to access the Web Console to fix the issue, or troubleshoot the network issues/investigate the particualr SMTP server configuration

Symptoms

  • Email notifications (including reports and cloud to cloud backup notifications) are not being sent to user.
  • User doesn’t have ‘Legal’ as Contact types:

  • There are no attempts to send corresponding emails shown in the Email message history.

Issue in the product.

Issue has been fixed in C22.06

 

Symptoms

  • You are using Acronis Cyber Protect 15 On-Premise
  • You have configured Email server settings to receive email notifications
  • Attempt to send a test email fails if Microsoft 365 is used as E-mail server
