Symptoms

Backup to Acronis Cloud fails with:

Error code: 60

Message: Acronis Online Backup Storage has overflowed. Backup size: <size> GB; Storage quota: <quota> GB

Cause

Storage occupied by backups has exceeded available quota.

Symptoms

  • Backup and other operations with Cloud storage fail with error: "Request to cloud storage ':80/api/1/rpc/' has failed with code '...'. This may happen due to a cloud service overload issue."

The error code varies depending on the cause, for example:
Request to cloud storage ':80/api/1/rpc/' has failed with code '503'.
OR
Request to cloud storage ':80/api/1/rpc/' has failed with code '404'.

Symptoms

  • Your tenant is located on EU1 DC and uses storage baas-fes-eu7
  • Since last week, backups to Cloud have been failing with "The newer version of the object already exists"
  • In the error text, you see that Agent refers to another storage: "fesAddress: abgw-lhr3-arp1-r01.acronis.com:44445"

Symptoms

  • You are backing up a device with macOS Big Sur or newer OS version
  • Backup randomly fails with "Operation failed due to a temporary issue in the cloud storage"
  • In the error details, you see the message "Interrupted system call"
