Acronis Development Team has decided to remove ability to back up to Acronis Secure Zone from bootable media of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 starting from Build 11639, Acronis True Image Home 2010 starting from Build 7046, and Acronis True Image Home 2011.

However, due to requests from Customers, it was decided to restore this ability, and it will be available in next officially released builds of the above-mentioned products.

When restoring files or folders from a disk or partition backup with the "Set current date and time for restored files" option unchecked, Acronis True Image sets the current date to some of the restored folders

How to create Acronis Bootable Media with a backup archive on it (all-in-one)

You can choose to preserve or not file level security and encryption

Acronis True Image Echo saves backup archives in the [DD-MM-YYYY] or [M.D.YYYY] format instead of [DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS] or [M.D.YYYY HH:MM:SS]

First install Acronis drivers, then Acronis True Image Home, and only then RamPhantom to resolve the compatibility issue

Set the credentials manually via "Connection settings"

Clean the temporary folder and reattempt the installation

Backing up to and restoring from Acronis online storage

One can put the bootable data of Acronis Rescue Media only on a RIS server or a WDS server running in Legacy mode

Acronis True Image Virtual Edition has the same GUI and functionality as Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server; the licensing policy is different

Mounting and unmounting backup archives.

Acronis True Image Server for Windows, Acronis True Image Workstation and Acronis True Image Enterprise Server support Windows dynamic disks

There is an unsupported version of Microsoft Outlook installed on the machine that crashes the application

Acronis True Image backs up the whole hard disk drives or partitions, but errors out on file backup when there is a massive amount of files

There are probably two or more drives with the same signature in the machine

Quotas always exceed when Backup Location is on a network share or a network drive. This is a known issue

Acronis True Image 9.1 and older versions do not support Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008
