Acronis Development Team has decided to remove ability to back up to Acronis Secure Zone from bootable media of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 starting from Build 11639, Acronis True Image Home 2010 starting from Build 7046, and Acronis True Image Home 2011.

However, due to requests from Customers, it was decided to restore this ability, and it will be available in next officially released builds of the above-mentioned products.

How to create Acronis Bootable Media with a backup archive on it (all-in-one)

There is an unsupported version of Microsoft Outlook installed on the machine that crashes the application

If an archive is split in several volumes, recovery can fail for the first time. It should work correctly if you reattempt the restore

Clean the folder with Acronis True Image Home logs to resolve the issue

As a workaround, back up your E-Mail manually instead doing running it as a scheduled task

A file backup is a copy of files. A disk or partition image is a snapshot of the drive

Acronis True Image Home 2012 supports nonstop backup to NAS

Internal disks and locally attached USB drives with NTFS file system are supported

To resolve the issue, remove the "My Web Sites on MSN" folder from "My Computer" in Windows Vista or from "My Network Places" in Windows XP

Hidden files or folders are not displayed in Time Explorer if Windows Folder options are set not to show hidden files, folders, and drives

Default autoconsolidation of backups is performed every day between midnight and 1:00:00 AM

It is recommended to use Acronis Backup & Recovery for database backups
