Phone support for technical issues is available in Acronis Advantage (business products) and Pay-Per-Incident (home products) support programs.

  1. Purchase Pay Per Incident support for consumer products. If you have Acronis True Image Subscription, you are eligible for free phone support while your subscription is active.
  2. Support phone number for your region is available:

Phone support is available for technical issues with:

  1. In your account on Acronis website, check the status of your Maintenance (Acronis Advantage Support Program). If your Maintenance is active, you have access to phone support. If your Maintenance has expired, you need to renew it.
