Symptoms

  1. You want to upgrade Acronis Backup 12 to Acronis Backup 12.5.
  2. Acronis Management Server is upgraded successfully.
  3. Upgrading agents fails with:
    Failed to connect to the management server.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

The issue has been fixed in Update 1 (build 7641). Please update to the latest build.

As workaround without updating the product, click Change and specify Acronis Management Server address manually.
