Support Training and Certification for Service Providers

Acronis offers technical product and troubleshooting trainings to Service Providers and Cloud Resellers as part of on-boarding process. After passing those trainings you will get a solid level of knowledge in Acronis solutions for Service Providers and will be capable of providing Level 1 (Tier 1) technical support for Acronis products according to the Acronis Service Provider Support Guidelines.

We offer trainings in the following products:

  • Acronis Cyber Cloud Foundations
  • Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud
  • Acronis Cyber Disaster Recovery Cloud
  • Acronis Cyber Files Cloud & Notary Cloud

Each training course is followed by an exam. Upon passing one, you'll receive an digital certificate confirming you are a certified Acronis Cloud Tech Associate. Please keep in mind that since Acronis products are under constant process of  development and improvement, each certificate is valid for one year period since it has been issued. Once the certificate has expired, it's necessary to take the training course and the exam again in order to get a new certificate.
