Acronis Development Team has decided to remove ability to back up to Acronis Secure Zone from bootable media of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 starting from Build 11639, Acronis True Image Home 2010 starting from Build 7046, and Acronis True Image Home 2011.

However, due to requests from Customers, it was decided to restore this ability, and it will be available in next officially released builds of the above-mentioned products.

To resolve the issue, remove the "My Web Sites on MSN" folder from "My Computer" in Windows Vista or from "My Network Places" in Windows XP

The online server is temporarily down. Please reattempt the backup in ten minutes or later

Fixed in Acronis Backup 11.5 (Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5). As a workaround, revoke the license key and install the Acronis Agent in the guest OS
