Restart the system manually

Issue is fixed in Acronis Backup 11.5 (Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5). Restart the "Acronis Managed Machine Service" to fix the issue

After restart of machine with Acronis Management Server, several machines are grayed out. As a result the centralized backup plans are not running.

macOS 11 Big Sur に Acronis True Image 2021 をインストールしました。Acronis True Image 2021 は繰り返し再起動するように要求しています:

「Acronis True Image を実行するには、Mac を再起動する必要があります。」

原因

macOS は Acronis True Image のカーネル拡張の一つのロードを防いでいます。

1回の再起動は、ドライバをロードするために必要です。しかし、Acronis True Image が複数回再起動を要求している場合は、以下のソリューションを適用してください。

ソリューション

macOS 復旧で、KextPolicy 表からカーネル拡張の記録を削除してください:

1. macOS 復旧環境から起動します。そのために、Mac を再起動し、Command (⌘)+R を押し続けます。

Acronis True Image 2021 では、アップデート 5（ビルド 39229）より Apple シリコンプロセッサを搭載した Mac がサポートされています。

Acronis True Image のより前のバージョンを Apple シリコンプロセッサ搭載の Mac にインストールした場合は、Acronis True Image を開始しようとすると、Mac を再起動するよう求めるメッセージが表示されるだけで Acronis True Image は開始されません。Acronis True Image の最新ビルドをインストールしてください。

The M1 is Apple’s new silicon system on a chip using ARM64 architecture. The new chip was designed to work with macOS Big Sur and it is used inside MacBook Air with M1, Apple Silicon MacBook Pro and Mac mini with M1.
