This message in the log means that you have provided incorrect Acronis Online Backup credentials at some point when operating the product

Plug in the external device that has the backup or remove the backup from the list. Or change the drive letter of external disk back to the original one

Cause

Depending on the system configuration, there could be several causes.

Solution

As a workaround, do the following:

Uninstall the product and reattempt installation

Why saving an image to a mapped drive may sometimes fail

The most probable cause is that a previous attempt of remote installation was interrupted

Scheduled tasks do not run when SysMetrix is enabled

Close all running programs, restart the product and try to run the backup plan again

Deployment fails because there is no disk at all, Acronis Linux fails to detect it, or there is not enough free space
