Symptoms

  1. You install Acronis PXE Server and configure machines to boot from it;
  2. Machines fail to boot from Acronis PXE Server with the following error:

    Acronis Loader fatal error: At least 512 Kb of conventional memory required to start Acronis Loader

Cause

Incorrect work of Intel RAID in BIOS.

As a workaround, manually specify where you would like to restore the files

Please provide credentials or use a different mail server

This issue has been fixed, please update to the latest build. Edit the configuration to fix the issue

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the recovery and conversion to virtual machine:

Symptoms

  1. You are installing Acronis Agent for Windows on a read-only domain controller (RODC);
  2. The installation fails;
  3. In the installation log there is a message similar to the following one:
    • If you selected to use an existing user for Acronis services:

      AddUserToLocalGroup: add user 'DOMAIN\administrator' to the group ''Backup Operators' failed with error '' (1313720)
