Acronis製品利用中に Windows のハードディスクが見つからないと表示される場合、サードパーティ(他社製)のソフトウェアがハードディスクへのアクセスをブロックしていることが原因であると考えられます。

「コンピュータは既に登録されています。」エラーで、Acronis管理サーバーへのコンピュータ追加に失敗します。しかし、実際に、このコンピュータがAcronis管理サーバーに登録されていません。

バックアップタスクのバックアップソースとして、存在しないパーティションが指定されています。

The backup task points to a non-existent partition as backup destination

Rename the metadata file to its standard name or recreate the metadata files.

Fix the volume index with chkdsk /f command or exclude the specified folder from items to backup.

Command 'Cataloging Data' has failed. Cataloging fails with "An error has occurred in SQLite while using database file"

During an update or an upgrade the default value of the setting "Number of Simultaneous VM Backups" can become 0. As a result, machine backups cannot be performed

Backup on Windows XP fails with error "Failed to create volume snapshot" if MS SQL Server is installed.

Installation of Acronis Agent for Linux fails with "Segmentation Fault". To fix this issue, transfer the installation files with WinSCP or via Samba share

Please use file backup if you need to quickly recover a large amount of files as opposed to restoring an entire partition

Remove Acronis Storage Node from Acronis Management Server and add it back to fix the issue

This means that the backup task creation has failed due to an external factor. In the log, look for the lines preceding the error message to find out the cause

Make sure you load the correct file, or copy and paste the activation code from the file

Download and install the latest build. If you already have the latest build, run the installation file and hit "Repair"

Symptoms

  1. You attempt to collect system information from a machine running Windows Server 2003 x64 or Windows XP x64;

  2. The attempt fails with an error message similar to the following one:

    Failed to collect system information
    Event code: 0x00E10002

This is a Windows Server 2003 specific issue. As a workaround, resync the disks in Windows Disk Management

Symptoms

  1. You are attempting to install Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Agent for Windows or Acronis Disk Director 11 Advanced;
  2. The installation starts, but then rolls back;
  3. In the installation log you search for the Return value 3 entry (for operating systems in English) and you see the following error entries:

  2. The installation fails;
  3. In the installation log there is a message similar to the following one:
    • If you selected to use an existing user for Acronis services:
