ソリューション

既知の問題:

同じ認証情報で同じNAS共有をWindowsエクスプローラで開けるかどうかチェックしてください。Windowsエクスプローラにも開けない場合、発生した問題がAcronis True Imageに関連しないことが分かります。

使用するNASが名前で検出できない場合、名前ではなくIPアドレスで指定してみてください。
