「Misc network error」

クラウドストレージを使用できるのは、Acronis True Image 2020、2019 および 2018 の Advanced 版および Premium 版のサブスクリプションの場合です。

Acronis True Image Essential には、クラウドストレージが一切含まれません。クラウドストレージを追加するためには、Acronis True Image Advanced または Premium にアップグレードしてください。

Acronis True Image Advanced を購入した場合、500GB クラウドストレージのサブスクリプションを取得できます。追加のストレージが必要な場合は、Acronis True Image Premium にアップグレードしてください。

Acronis True Image Premium を購入した場合、クラウドストレージのクォータは複数の選択肢があります。以下のクォータから選択できます:


  1. In Management Console -> Backups section, Cloud location shows 0 Bytes occupied 

  2. However, when you open the location, you see that backups are stored there. Backups are accessible and can be restored.
  3. In pcs log you find data_current = 0:
    • Windows: C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\pcs.0.log.gz


以下のメッセージが表示され、Acronis Cloud へのバックアップに失敗します:



  1. 管理コンソールで [バックアップ] セクションを確認すると、クラウド ロケーションの使用済み領域の表示は0バイトになっています。

  2. しかし、このロケーションを開くと、そこに保管されているバックアップが表示されます。バックアップはアクセス、復元が可能な状態です。
  3. pcs のログには、data_current = 0 という表記があります:
    • Windows: C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\pcs.0.log.gz

    • Linux:  /var/lib/Acronis/BackupAndRecovery/MMS/pcs.0.log.gz

Cloud storage is available in Advanced and Premium subscriptions of Acronis True Image 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018.

Acronis True Image Essential does not include any cloud storage. To add cloud storage, upgrade to Acronis True Image Advanced or Premium.

With Acronis True Image Advanced, you can get 500GB Cloud subscription. If you need more than 500GB, upgrade to Acronis True Image Premium.


  1. You download a Bootable media and get a registration token for it
  2. You boot a machine with the Bootable media and register the media on Management Server with the registration token
  3. Go to Recovery and select Cloud vault. No backups are shown and the following message appears:

    The selected location does not contain backed up data


Issue in the product.


This issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Protect 21.10.


  • Tenant is located on CA01, US2, or US5 DC and cloud storage used is
  • Backup to Cloud is running very slowly or fails with connectivity errors: "The cloud storage is temporarily unavailable", "Configuration version mismatch" and others.


Issue on the Storage

Acronis Development Team is working on deployment of additional storage nodes to improve performance.

This article is for Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5, Acronis Cyber Protect 15 and Acronis Cyber Cloud. If you are using Acronis True Image see this article instead.


Backup to Acronis Cloud fails with message:

Network connection failed due to timeout.

This article describes how you can change the Storage for a particular tenant (End-User Company) in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

When creating a tenant some of Acronis Cyber Cloud services allow you to select storages that will be available to the new tenant.

Storages are grouped by locations. You can select from the list of locations and storages that are available to your tenant.


  • You have deleted backups or applied other changes in Cloud storage location
  • Usage counters reflect the changes in Cyber Protection console and Web Restore
  • However, Cloud storage usage doesn’t update in Management portal:


Issue in the product.

This issue is resolved.


Backup, replication or a different activity fails with the following error:

Misc network error


Free space of your Acronis Cloud is shown differently in Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office/Acronis True Image and in your online Acronis account, e.g. the cloud is full according to the Acronis True Image software and backups to cloud fail due to lack of storage, but online account shows that there is enough free space. 


When Acronis Cloud is selected as backup destination, the free space shown in "Acronis Cloud" tile is different from the value in the online Acronis account.
