説明

一時スナップショットファイルを作成するのに十分なストレージスペースがない場合には、バックアップ処理は以下のメッセージを出力して失敗します。:

By default, during an operation, Acronis Cyber Backup will save its temporary files to the \ProgramData\Acronis\Temp folder on the machine where Acronis Agent for Exchange is installed (during backup), or either on the Agent machine or Acronis Management Server machine (during browsing of backups and restore).

You may want to change this if the capacity of the disk with the ProgramData folder on the affected machine (Agent or AMS) is an issue.

Symptoms

  1. You have set up some Agents for VMware (Windows or Virtual Appliance) connected to a vCenter/ESX(i) host.
  2. Some virtual machines do not appear in Cyber Protection console after recovery or physical to virtual conversion
