Refresh the browser cache by pressing Ctrl+F5 key combination in order to resolve the login failure

You are trying to log into Acronis vmProtect web console and get the following errors:
An error has occurred while executing command 'login'.
An error occurred while converting JSON value by key
The problem is that the Internet browser has cached the old content of the web console (from either previous build or version of Acronis vmProtect) which is incompatible with the new functionality.
To resolve the issue the Internet browser cache should be reset. Please press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page.
If this doesn't help try cleaning up the cookies in your Internet browser settings and restart it.
