In your backup plan, you have selected one or more File filters.

You start noticing performance issues: slow backups, slow browsing of recovery points in cPanel/Plesk UI, or sporadical timeout failures. 


Remove all the File filters set in the backup plan:

  1. In Cyber Protection Console, navigate to Plans and select the affected protection plan.
  2. Click the ellipsis (...) icon, and then click Edit
  3. In the Backup section, navigate to Backup options and click Change.
  4. Navigate to File filters and remove all file filters.
