US5 DC

Symptoms

The following issues are observed on US5 DC:

  • Agents are randomly going offline
  • Agent statuses are changing between online and offline
  • Poor console performance, some tabs take more time to open or do not open at all
  • Service console is slow

Cause

Issue on US5 DC.

Solution

The issue has been fixed in April 2022.

Symptoms

Since the end of April 2021, changes in Cloud storage usage is not updated on US5. Possible symptoms include:

  • Incorrect Cloud storage usage in Account management console,
  • Cloud storage usage in Cyber protection console and Account management console display different values
  • Cloud Storage shows 0 GB usage when there is data in the Cloud

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

This issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud 21.05 Hotfix 1.

 

 

Symptoms

You are using US5 DC and facing one of these issues:

Symptoms

  • The Tenant is located on US5 DC
  • Management portal doesn’t load or takes too much time to load
  • Random errors appear in the console, e.g. “Authorization timeout”:

Solution

This issue is resolved.

 

Symptoms

  • The Tenant is located on US5 or US2 DC and the storage used is abgw-phx1.
  • Since 1st of June (CEST), Cloud backups have been failing with the errors "Storage request timeout" and "Cloud storage is temporarily unavailable".

Cause

The issue is caused by an incident on the storage cluster.
