The user under which you are trying to log in does not have Administrator rights

Hit Configure -> Licenses -> Add

Click Configure -> Licenses -> Remove

A full Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server Virtual Edition license is needed in order to install Acronis Agent for Hyper-V

The serial key you are attempting to enter is incorrect

Make sure you load the correct file, or copy and paste the activation code from the file
