Why saving an image to a mapped drive may sometimes fail
During installation of True Image 2013 by Acronis you receive this error. The issue is the service TImounter, that could not be uninstalled. Uninstall the Service manually in order to install True Image 2013 by Acronis.
Disk/partition or a file container encrypted with TrueCrypt can only be backed up on file-level
Acronis True Image either cannot mount an image, when there is Utimaco SafeGuard Easy installed, or Acronis True Image hangs after mounting/unmounting an image. Restoring the backup may also decrypt the data
To fix this start TrueImageMonitor.exe manually
Deployment fails because there is no disk at all, Acronis Linux fails to detect it, or there is not enough free space
Acronis True Image does not recognize hard drives when there is HP Backup & Recovery installed

(!) Modern HP machines have preinstalled Cyberlink Recovery Manager instead of HP Backup & Recovery.
All current Acronis products have no compatibility issues with Cyberlink Recovery Manager.
Select the last volume of the backup
Use the "Remove from the list" option
If a multi-volume image resides on several discs, then it cannot be mounted
You can only set one E-mail address to receive notifications regarding the backup process
Try running Checkdisk and updating Acronis drivers to resolve the issue
How to troubleshoot and solve the issue
Start the Acronis Scheduler2 Service to fix the issue
The error message shows up only on the first boot after system restore
Substitute the ComputerManagement.dll library with a newer one to fix the issue
Run a checkdisk or do a sector-by-sectore restore
This has already been fixed. Please update to the latest build
As a workaround, restart the Nonstop Backup session
Make sure that the disk with Nonstop Backup storage is available in the system
Move all backup volumes to the same folder
Set the correct credentials to fix the issue
