cloud backup fails

Symptoms

You are using EU2 DC and FRA2 storage (abgw-fra2-arp1)
Starting from 10th of January 2023, backups to Cloud fail with “[Archive Server]: storage request timeout” and “Operation failed due to a temporary issue in the Cloud storage”

Issue on the Storage side.

The issue was resolved.

The Tenant is located on AU1 DC and the storage is abgw-syd1-acs2.acronis.com
Starting from 10th of February 2023, Backups to Cloud fail with “[Archive Server]: storage request timeout”

Issue on the DC side.

This issue is resolved.

You are using abgw-fra2-arp1
Starting from 14th of March, backups to Acronis Cloud fail with the errors: “Storage request timeout” or “Cloud storage is temporarily unavailable”
This issue mostly affects EU DCs.

Issue on the storage side.

This issue is resolved.

You are using the storage abgw-lhr3-arp1.acronis.com on EU1 DC
Starting from 24th of March, backups have been failing with “Operation failed due to a temporary issue in the cloud storage”
In the error details, you see the messages “Object is invalid” and the archive name in the “path” field:

When attempting to perform a Cloud-to-Cloud backup, the backup operation fails with the following message:

[Archive Server]: archive session not found

This is a known issue in the product.

The Acronis Team is currently working on a fix. This article will be updated as soon as the issue is resolved.
