In on-premise Acronis Cyber Protect 15, backup and other activities to Cloud fail with the following error message:
"The request failed: Status 503: Description: Service unavaliable"
Issue in the product.
As soon as it will be fixed, this article will be updated.
As Workaround, please do the following:
1. Find your Data Center:
2. Open registry editor on the machine with Management Server: Start > Run > regedit
3. Find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\Settings\OnlineBackup\Cfg\Rpc
4. Change the key value
In our example, it should be changed to https://eu2-cloud.acronis.com/api/1/rpc/
5. Open services: Start > Run > services.msc
6. Restart Acronis Managed Machine Service.
