Allow "System" rule 35 for Remote Desktop access

Introduction

To allow Remote Desktop (RDP) access, you need to allow System rule 35 in the Firewall of Acronis Internet Security Suite 2010.

Solution

  1. Run the product in the Expert mode. See Acronis Internet Security Suite 2010: Novice, Intermediate, and Expert Modes;
  2. Click Firewall -> Rules:

  3. Click Advanced:

  4. Select rule 35 System and click the edit icon :

  5. Select Allow and click OK:
