Symptoms

  1. On a machine running Windows 7 and Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 you attempt to mount a backup from a network share in read/write mode;
  2. You make some changes to the mounted backup, and then unmount it;
  3. After unmounting the backup, a new incremental backup is not created. As result, all changes to the mounted backup are lost.

Cause

Windows 7 specific issue in the product.

Solution
