Remove the scheduled tasks, zap the scheduled tasks, and recreate the tasks to fix the issue

Symptoms
- Scheduled tasks of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 fail to run;
- The operation log of the product has an error entry similar to the following one:

Cause
Unidentified.
Solution
As a workaround, do the following:
(!) This workaround will also affect the backup tasks schedule for other Acronis products like Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server or Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange: the schedule will get reset for all the tasks.
- Revoke the backup policy from the Acronis Agents/Group which are failing to perform the backup or connect to the Acronis Agents directly and delete the current backup plan;
- Delete the contents of the TasksStorage folder on the machine where the Acronis Agent is installed, located at:
- Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7: \ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\TasksStorage
- Windows XP/2000/2003: \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\TasksStorage
- Delete all scheduled tasks on the machine where the Acronis Agent is installed:
- Browse to the installation folder, which by default is:
- Windows 32 bit: \Program Files\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\
- Windows 64 bit: \Program Files (x86)\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\
- Run the schedmgr.exe file, and issue the following command:
task zap
- Browse to the installation folder, which by default is:
- Recreate the scheduled tasks.
