Reinstall the product to fix the issue
This article applies to:
- The Backup Information Stores wizard shows no Storage Groups;
- In the Application Log there is an error entry similar to the following one:

Installation of the product was corrupted.
Reinstall the product as described in Updating Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange.
