- Acronis Agent is running on the machine.
- Laptop doesn't wake up from sleep mode and it remains on black screen.

To determine the root cause, please check the troubleshooting steps below:
- Update the Cyber protection definitions (NGMP)
- If possible, deinstall Acronis agent and try to reproduce the issue
- Check if Data Loss Prevention is enabled in protection plan, if it is:
- Modify the protection plan and disable DLP
- Restart the machine
- Try to reproduce the issue
