- You are backing up to Cloud Storage.
- The Backup fails with "The cloud storage quota is exceeded" due to reached storage quota.
- After the quota increases, backup still fails with the same error: "The cloud storage quota is exceeded for '<username>'. Further backups will fail."

To investigate the root cause, please collect information mentioned below and contact Acronis Support.
1. Cloud certificate from the affected Agent machine (or one of the machines)
2. System report from the same Agent machine
